A typical engagement with STORM begins with a high-level assessment to identify specific problems and to determine how we can address them. Our comprehensive review begins by focusing on key operating issues through cross-functional, in-depth discussions with all levels of management. Once we determine that we can make a significant impact, we propose how to proceed. When both parties agree on STORM’s role, we will proceed with developing and implementing tactical action plans.
